TRAVEL AGENT COMMISSION POLICY

Commission Amounts for Registered Travel Agents:

• Confirmed Tours on the “Growing Groups” Page: 10%
• Tours Not Listed on the “Growing Groups” Page: 5%

For agency takeovers where direct client communication preceded the booking, 50% of the standard commission is payable.

Conditions:

1. Commission Eligibility: Commissions are available only for tours with a minimum of four participants at the time of final balance processing.
2. Growing Group Page: The commission percentage is determined by whether the tour was listed on the ‘Growing Groups’ Page at the time the booking was submitted. Bookings marked PENDING are not eligible for commission.
3. Commission Calculation: Commissions are calculated on the pre-tax tour, excluding additional fees for upgrades or add-ons such as e-bike rentals or single-occupancy supplements. When promotional discounts or rewards are claimed by client, such discount is subtracted from agency commission.
4. Booking Confirmation: To finalize bookings, signed waivers must be submitted by each participant; agents cannot sign on clients’ behalf.
5. Commission Payment: Commissions will be processed promptly via cheque, following receipt of the final balance for a confirmed tour.
6. Policy Updates: We may update this policy without prior notice.
7. Client Information Packages: Packages will be provided electronically in a format ready for forwarding.
8. Client Contact Information for App Use: For access to app features, we require direct email addresses and phone numbers from clients. We assure agents and clients that these details are solely for tour-related communication, and no marketing will occur unless clients contact us independently for a separate booking.
