You will enjoy our dedication to good food, and our selection of inns and hotels based on charm and comfort. Many of these guided or self-guided bike tours or multisport vacations are suitable for all abilities, thanks to attentive guides, small groups, and van support. Canada: Québec

The Magdalen Islands Multisport

A 6-day, relaxed pace adventure by bike, sea-kayak and on foot, with added thrills of power kiting and sea-cave exploring, and other optional activities including cave swimming and snorkelling with seals. “Do” a different island each day. Excellent combined with Prince Edward Island cycling adventures, and a great choice for custom groups or families.

Québec City & Bas Saint Laurent

A moderately easy 7-day cycle on quiet paved roads and bike paths, along the “Navigator’s Route’’ - the south shore of the Saint-Lawrence R. Includes several of “The Most Beautiful Villages of Québec,” and has superb cuisine.

Saguenay & Charlevoix Multisport

An 8-day trip, with moderately paced cycling, challenging hiking, and easy kayaking.  The cycling is on quiet paved roads and bike paths around Lac St-Jean, and through the Charlevoix region. This is a great choice for families.

Eastern Townships

7 days. Hilly cycling through Quebec’s lovely south, with luxurious lodging, outstanding cuisine and the prettiest forests and farmscapes in Central Canada.

Canada: Alberta

Waterton Lakes to Banff

7 days, cycling on paved roads, with a day of hiking. Challenging terrain, with long distances for energetic riders and shorter distances with vehicle assistance for more relaxed riders.

Banff to Jasper: The Icefields Parkway

7 days. Challenging cycling on the paved, broad-shouldered Icefields Parkway, with a day of hiking in the peaks behind Lake Louise.

Canada: British Columbia

Okanagan Valley & Kettle Valley Railway

8 days of cycling, with opportunities for hiking and inner tubing. Most of the cycling follows the Kettle Valley Railway Trail and passes dozens of excellent vineyards and wineries.

Canada: Newfoundland

The Viking Trail  New: Labrador option

7 days of big rides and hikes, with a fjord cruise, a whale-watch and iceberg boat trip, & all the highlights of Gros Morne National Park. Visit L’Anse aux Meadows Viking settlement. One ride is almost 163 miles (263km), but if you prefer less, the van will pick you up at day’s end!

The Avalon Peninsula

8 days, challenging cycling on paved roads, with a hard day of hiking. Be the first North American to see the sun rise at Cape Spear; see two of N.America’s largest sea bird colonies; spot whales and icebergs; and enjoy rambunctious Newfoundland culture in fishing outports.

Iceland

The Dramatic North

8 days. Challenging cycling on paved and gravel roads, with options to hike and ride horses. This near to the Arctic Circle in June, the sun stays up all night.

The Fertile South

8 days of moderate cycling on paved and smooth gravel/lava roads, with options to hike, ride horses, explore Þórsmörk by 4WD, or take a short flight to the Westmann Islands.  In June and July the sun never sets, and hotpot soaks are nightly rituals.

Scotland

West Coast & Inner Hebrides             

7 days of rolling cycling on very quiet one-lane paved roads, with expansive views of lochs and seashores at every turn – a real cyclist’s paradise! 

Loch Ness & Summer Isles

7 days, with cycling on a mix of hilly and flat paved roads. Highlights include Loch Ness, Culloden battlefield, Glenmorangie distillery, castles, gardens, waterfalls, and plenty of highland and coastal views.  Golf options can be arranged before and afterward.

7 days. Cycling, on paved, quiet Luberon lanes. Some hills, and a very challenging ride up Mont Ventoux, famous as part of the Tour de France route.  Take the van uphill if you prefer!

Dordogne & Lot  

8 days, cycling with flat and hilly options. Quiet roads through lush river valleys and beautiful stone villages, with visits to castles, and caves displaying pre-historic paintings.

Brittany & Normandy  

7 days. Moderately easy cycling on level and lightly rolling coastal roads. Visit the Bayeux tapestry, D-day beaches, and the coastal castle village of Mont St. Michel with a walk across the sand flats.
